Technological process:

Thick paint is usually made of dry thick paint, phenolic varnish, alkyd varnish and asphalt acid-resistant paint.
Printing Material Removal: Copper and iron based labels can be printed with alkali solution, while aluminum based labels can be removed with organic solvents (such as banana water, xylene, etc.). B. Alkali-soluble and corrosion-resistant printing materials. Alkali-soluble anti-corrosion printing material is a new type of printing material developed in recent years. It has the characteristics of fast drying, easy film removal and so on. It is especially suitable for mechanized production line.

After inspecting, repairing and drying, the printed semi-finished label products can be delivered to the next process for corrosion operation.
